Fortune Beckoning

Zhao Gongming (courtesy name "Most Exalted Lord of the Mystic Altar") is revered in Taoism as "Marshal Zhao of the Orthodox Unity Mystic Altar from the Supreme Clarity Jade Wheel Court".

He belongs to the Thunder Ministry/Wealth Deity pantheon and commands four subordinate deities: Summoner of Treasures, Gatherer of Jewels, Attractor of Wealth, and Bringer of Prosperity (collectively known as the "Five Directions Wealth Gods").

As a core deity embodying a tripartite divine role—God of Wealth, Guardian of the Dharma, and Vanquisher of Malevolent Forces—he personifies the Taoist philosophy of "balancing yin-yang energies, where righteous wealth conquers evil".
