The Sixty-Four Hexagrams

The Daoist Sixty-Four Hexagram System is, in essence, the cosmic codex—a manual for the operation of life:

Externally manifest as symbols (hexagrams and lines),

Internally imbued with the dynamic interplay of vital energies (Yin and Yang),

Practically applied as techniques (the "firing times" or precise cultivation methods).

Its core principle is to use the "Internal Yi (Change) within the body" to simulate/reverse-engineer the "Cosmic Yi (Change) of Heaven and Earth".

This process replicates the generative laws of the macrocosmic universe within the microcosm of the human body, ultimately achieving the transcendental state of reverting to the Primordial (Pre-Heaven) state.
